These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CFL Website, located at www.cricketfreakleague.in  .

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not Register on CFL website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Registration Policies

•  The interested participant has to register online at " www.cricketfreakleague.in "and submit online registration form along with 299Rs Trial Fee.

• I hereby declare that my parents/guardians and I have read and understood all the rules, regulations and stipulations of the Cricket Freak League ( CFL ) and we undertake to unconditionally abide by them.

• I understand and agree that if I am found guilty of having breached and or violated any terms of this undertaking, my registration will be immediately cancelled. 

• I hereby undertake not to ingest, swallow, inhale or consume any performance enhancing drugs and/or any prohibited substance/substances. 

• It is implicitly and explicitly understood and unconditionally agreed and accepted by us that the decision of the coaches in the selection of players will be final and binding on us. 

• The CFL Management shall not be liable for the non disclosure of any medical condition and/or any injury suffered during the course of play. 

• We understand and agree that if the Applicant sustains an injury during the course of the Trial/camp/season and is not allowed to continue no refund will be given to us. 

• In case my registration is cancelled for any reason whatever by the CFL management, the registration fee paid by us will be forfeited and we shall have no claim of any kind against the CFL management or their associates. 

• We understand and agree that, in case the event is called off due to reason beyond the control of the CFL management such as riots, civil commotion, war, acts of god, order of court, a ban by Local/State/Central Governments, etc. the registration fees paid by us will not be refunded. 

Phase 1

•  The interested participant has to register online at " www.cricketfreakleague.in "and submit online registration form.

•  The participant will get a message on his registered E-Mail and Whatsapp No., he has to carry this message and mail to the trial venue.

•  The trial venues will also be declared on our official Instagram page " www.instagram.com/cricketfreakleague " the players are also required to check this page to get the latest updates on Cricket Freak League.

•  The participant will get a message of the trial venue and trial timings on his registered number, on the date of trial the participant has to reach the trial venue 30 minutes before the stated time.

•  As per the schedule, if the participant is absent, no second chance will be provided.

•  The shortlisting of the players will be done by qualified and experienced coaches along with the selection committee formed by CFL Management.

•  The discretion to the above decision will be final and binding to all and no one will have a say in this.

•  The selected players will be informed personally through calls or messages.

•  Trials of each player will be taken according to their age group.

•  The players are made clear that Cricket Freak League is a platform where the cricketers across India unite together to bring the revolution in Indian Cricket. 

•  The Terms of Service laid down by CFL Management is directly dependent upon the number of applications received by CFL Management.

•  The terms of service may change if the decided number of applications drops down.

Phase 2

•  To the process ahead the selected players has to register online on www.cricketfreakleague.in by paying Rs. 3999.

•  The phase 2 comprises of selection matches in each of the 23 states of India.

•  This phase will comprise age group ( Under 16, Under 19, Under 23, Above 23).

•  As per the schedule, if the player placed in the team is found absent due to any case, no second chance will be provided.

•  The participants will receive a Cricket kit and food during the matches.

•  The teams of selection matches will get 2 matches, around 6 matches are to be played in each state.

•  Travel and Accommodation is to be borne by the player during the Phase 2 of the league.

•  The data (Score, Strike Rate, Run Rate) of the players will be saved and the best players will be selected for Phase 3.

•  The shortlisting of the participants will be purely done on merit.

Phase 3

•  The registered player's profiles (strike rate, run rate, score cards etc.) will be shared with the Team Owners for CFL Auctions.

•  The Team owners will bid for the player they want in their team.

•  The player will provide his base price to CFL Management.

•  The amount of money the player is auctioned for will be solely of the player.

•  Cricket Freak League will be played between 6 Teams.

•  The best players from the league will get exciting rewards.

“CFL Management” in the above document, is solely responsible for Cricket Freak League and has all the rights to change or amend the terms of service, rules and regulations at any time without prior information or notice.

Refund Policy

Please note that cancellation of your registration is not available at Cricket Freak League.

We do not offer refund of any value in any stage according to our refund policy, our policy applied equally to each player.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
